Common questions

Before you start comparing

Do I need to select all 12 topics?

No. Select only what matters to your practice. The tool creates a short question list and does not calculate a grade, ranking, or winner.

When can Excel, a free plan, or local software be enough?

It can be enough for a very small operation with one person and few shared processes. If you need simultaneous access, reminders, connected payments and inventory, permissions, support, or recoverable backups, compare the limits and the cost of staying with that setup before deciding.

How should I use this list in a demo?

Take the questions you selected and ask the vendor to show them with a fictional case. A verbal answer can guide you; watching your team complete the task shows whether the system fits.

How do I compare the real price?

Ask for the total first-year cost in writing. Include subscription, setup, migration, training, users, locations, messages, integrations, support, and any data-export charge.
